GOD COVERS US – God Covers You With Amazing Grace – Daily Devotionals
Little Tyler lightninged into the room, hard, fast and hands flying – picture the grace of a tornado. Before the 3-year-old’s explosive flash even hit our eyes, his identical twin, Tayler thundered in – loud and booming, directly behind him. Both boys had fiery red hair, faces filled with freckles and I swear, only their mother could tell them apart.
I’ll bet that God really gets a kick out of twins! He makes them so they share the same DNA code (coming from the same sperm and egg) but still makes them unique – one-of-a-kind and distinctive enough that they have different fingerprints and thumbprints!
Identical – yet unique!
They say that every snowflake is also unique! In fact, the National Center for Atmospheric Research say that every snow crystal has around 10,000,000,000,000,000,000 (a hundred quintillion) water molecules that can be arranged in nearly infinite combinations – so no two snowflakes are identical – even when they look alike!
With all that in mind, just imagine snow filling the sky, turning everything to white. . . All those flakes joining, linking together and carpeting the ground. Can you see the beauty and breathe the crispness!
Is there any wonder that the Bible describes God’s grace as making us clean as freshly fallen snow! Is1:18 He covers us with his grace! He covers us! Just as millions of tiny, unique and one-of-a-kind snowflakes covers the ground, God covers you and me – each a unique child of his, with amazing grace.
Psalm 147 takes this imagery even further where it says that God sends his snow like white wool. Psalm147:16 And where does white wool come from, but from a lamb.
So it all comes together knowing that God covers us with his grace, like freshly fallen snow. Snow – thick and deep, soft and full. Like the white wool of the lamb. The lamb of God.
What amazing grace indeed!

I love how these videos make you think of things you normally don’t. And how they show our Father God’s love for uniqueness! Not a day goes by that I’m not amazed at the ways of our Father. Just like the Father, the Son Jesus, and The Holy Spirit are One God, but they are so uniquely different. I love the Lord and Father God and Holy Spirit so much but differently. Luke, I can’t wait to see Jesus. Everyday this world gets uglier and I want to go Home even more. Thank You for the Bible is alive and these messages which are such a blessing to my heart. I’m finding a love for the word of God and knowing His word only makes you love Him even more. You, Mark, everyone involved in this ministry are such a blessing to not just me but everyone who wants to know the Lord. Thank you, all of you. I know the Lord is pleased with your ministry.
